Detailed Product Description:
The ObservIR LRF 35‑640 is more than a thermal binocular—it’s a complete observation system. The main thermal channel uses a 35 mm F/1.0 lens and a 640×512, <15 mK sensor to deliver crisp images and detection out to about 1,800 m. A parallel optical channel employs a 4K ultra‑low light CMOS sensor and a 60 mm F/2.2 lens, giving you true colour or greyscale imagery with magnification options of 5.5×, 11×, 16.5× and 22×. You can seamlessly switch between thermal and optical views or use picture‑in‑picture to overlay them.
The built‑in 1,000 m laser rangefinder provides accurate distance readings and integrates with the GPS and digital compass to give precise coordinates and heading. A smart IR illuminator enhances the optical channel at night, and the dual 18650 battery system powers the unit for roughly eight hours. Recording and streaming are handled by 64 GB of internal storage and a Wi‑Fi hotspot. Additional features include hot‑spot tracking, multiple colour palettes, scene modes, standby mode and Image Boost 2.0. Weighing about 0.91 kg and rated IP67, the ObservIR is built for field conditions and comes with a tripod adapter, four batteries, charger, cables, lens cloth, neck strap and manuals. It’s covered by AGM’s 5‑year warranty.
