FAQS
-
How do I switch between the 25 mm and 50 mm lenses? The Clarion features a dual‑optical system. You rotate the objective housing to switch between the 25 mm f/0.8 lens (2× magnification) and the 50 mm f/1.0 lens (4.5× magnification) without re‑zeroing.
-
What are the detection ranges for each lens?Using the 25 mm lens, detection of a 6‑ft target is about 1,200 m. With the 50 mm lens, detection extends to roughly 2,600 m.
-
How long does the battery last? The Clarion uses a removable NE‑4400 rechargeable battery. AGM estimates runtime at ≥11 hours. You can also power the unit via USB‑C.
-
Does the Clarion record video?Yes. It has a 16 GB internal memory that records video with audio. A shot‑activated mode captures shots automatically.
-
Is there a rangefinder or ballistic calculator? No. The Clarion series does not include a laser rangefinder or ballistic calculator. If you need those features, consider the Varmint or Adder series.

Detailed Product Description:
AGM’s Clarion 384 Dual‑Focus thermal riflescope brings uncommon versatility to night‑time hunting. Instead of committing to a single objective lens, the Clarion gives you two: a 25 mm f/0.8 optic for a 2× base magnification and a wide 10.5° × 7.9° field of view, and a 50 mm f/1.0 optic for a 4.5× base magnification and a tighter 5.3° × 4.0° FOV. Switching between lenses is as easy as rotating the objective housing, and both settings maintain zero, so you can adapt to changing conditions without re‑sighting your rifle.
A 384×288 VOx sensor with <20 mK NETD produces clear imagery displayed on a 1024×768 OLED screen. Digital zoom options (1×/2×/4×/8×) and multiple colour palettes help tailor the view. The Clarion records video with audio to a 16 GB internal drive and offers a shot‑activated mode.
Wi‑Fi connectivity lets you stream to the AGM app, and the removable NE‑4400 battery provides more than 11 hours of runtime. Although it lacks an integrated rangefinder or ballistic calculator, the Clarion’s dual‑focus system and durable IP67‑sealed housing make it a compelling option for hunters seeking flexibility.
